1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Relio, a company incorporated in Delaware, USA ("Relio," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Relio platform, including our website at reliocrm.com, mobile applications, API services, agent site subdomains, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using Relio, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Account Registration & Security
To use Relio, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
- Notifying us immediately at legal@reliocrm.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or are being used in violation of these Terms.
4. Workspaces
Relio supports multi-tenant workspaces. When you create a workspace, you become the workspace owner. Workspace owners and administrators can invite members and assign roles (owner, admin, or member), each with different levels of access and permissions.
Workspace owners are responsible for managing access to their workspace data, ensuring members comply with these Terms, and controlling what data is shared within the workspace. Deleting a workspace will permanently remove all associated data.
5. Subscription Plans & Payment
5.1 Plans
Relio offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. The Free plan includes limited features and one workspace seat. The Pro plan is billed on a per-seat basis and may be purchased on a monthly or yearly billing cycle. Current pricing and plan details are available on our Pricing page.
5.2 Free Trial
Pro plans may include a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial extensions may be offered at our discretion.
5.3 Billing & Cancellation
All payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Polar.sh. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
5.4 AI Usage Quotas
AI features are subject to monthly usage quotas that vary by plan. Additional AI message capacity can be purchased as one-time top-up packs. Unused quota does not roll over between billing periods.
5.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase.
